FERAL’s lawyers meet all the requirements to be appointed as external Data Protection Officers (DPO), in particular with regard to their status as lawyers, their independence and their specialist knowledge of data protection law and practices.

We also act in CNIL disputes, which allows us to pragmatically adapt our practical advice to comply with the RGPD and French legislation.
1. Assistance to a software publisher present in several countries throughout the world, in contractual negotiations with its customers and suppliers, on subjects related to the protection of personal data (outsourced DPO mission for 6 months while waiting for the recruitment of the new internal DPO);
2. External DPO mission for a major European metal industry player: establishment and maintenance of a compliance programme.
