Electronic communications / Telecoms

Marked by a strong regulatory component, electronic communications law is enriched by technological developments.

Cabinet FÉRAL assists network operators, telecommunications service providers, equipment manufacturers and their end customers in the various aspects of their activities: from business planning to the drafting of contracts, combining a litigation approach with strategic advice.

Our lawyers are particularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of contracts for the sale or acquisition of equipment, infrastructure or transmission capacity (IRUs, space segments), as well as for the provision of telecommunication services, both to consumers and to businesses (IP networks, VSAT).

FÉRAL’s lawyers also assist their clients in the implementation of their projects in France and abroad, whether in the context of mergers, strategic alliances or internal development.
