A lawyer since 2009, Farid has extensive experience in the issues raised by digital and innovation.
Farid represents major accounts, SMEs and startups in various sectors including technology, e-commerce, media, fashion and luxury, transportation and tourism.
He advises clients on pre-litigation and litigation in the areas of technology law (internet, e-commerce, IT contracts), media law and intellectual property. He regularly advises on personal data protection issues (RGPD, compliance audits, data processing analysis, international transfers, etc.).
His practice includes the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and economic law (consumption, advertising, commercial relations).
He has a very good knowledge of the European regulations on these various subjects and regularly assists his clients in multi-jurisdictional studies and projects of international scope.
Farid is involved in associations related to innovation as well as in innovation ecosystems. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics related to innovation and technology.
Prior to joining FERAL in June 2021, Farid practiced at Bird & Bird and in the IPT team of DLA Piper, then founded a Parisian firm where he headed the IP/IT practice for five years.
