Expertise
Elie assists our clients in their projects both in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and in litigation before civil, commercial and criminal courts in our various areas of expertise (intellectual property, computer contracts, eCommerce, etc.)
Elie regularly intervenes in press law to defend the reputation of companies and individuals who are victims of defamatory or insulting acts, denigration and cyber stalking on the Internet, including on social networks.
Elie Touitou also acts in matters of personal data protection law, in particular in the context of establishing and maintaining RGPD compliance programs for companies in all sectors.
Finally, Elie runs the Israeli desk alongside Richard Willemant.

Elie trained at French and international law firms in the areas of data privacy law and platform litigation. He also completed his final internship at Cabinet Féral.
