Clémence Pancracio has been practicing as an associate at FÉRAL since 2018. She acts as counsel and litigator, mainly in the areas of technology law, intellectual property law and data protection law.

Expertise

Clémence advises companies on data protection matters – in particular as part of GDPR compliance assessments and on the drafting of various compliance documents such as data processing policies (or privacy policy), data protection agreements, and data subject information notices.

Clémence also works on intellectual property matters, in particular on software, trademarks and trade secrets aspects. Her expertise covers the identification of intangible assets and the implementation of effective protection of clients’ rights (drafting assignment/license agreements, filing of source codes, trademarks and designs registrations, etc.).

Clémence also advises clients in various areas of cybercrime, especially in online gaming matters (poker, sports betting, etc.), copyright protection on the Internet, identity theft, e-reputation and online scams.

Training

Clémence is a member of the Paris Bar.

She graduated from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) with a Master’s degree (Master II) in Intellectual property – “Droit de la propriété littéraire, artistique et industrielle” (2016). She also has a Master’s degree (Master I) in Business Law focused on corporate taxation, commercial law and payment and credit instruments.

During her studies, Clémence completed two internships at FÉRAL, in 2016 and then in 2018. She also completed an internship focused on cybercrime at the French Gambling Authority (Autorité Nationale des jeux)

Clémence Pancracio speaks French and English and has some knowledge of Spanish.
