Litigation, Mediation, Arbitration

The search for amicable solutions is favoured by Cabinet FÉRAL, which accompanies you as legal counsel or mediator in the settlement of your disputes.
Mediation is the preferred method of dispute resolution and can be quicker and less expensive than litigation in court. It can be conventional (decided by the parties) or judicial (ordered by the judge, in agreement with the parties, during the course of the proceedings, at any time).
In the vast majority of mediations handled by the FÉRAL Law Firm, a lasting and satisfactory solution is found for the parties.
Christiane Féral-Schuhl is an accredited mediator with the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP) and is registered on the lists of mediators with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), of mediators with the Paris Court of Appeal and of mediators in civil, commercial and labour matters with the Quebec Bar. She is also listed in the directory of the National Centre for Lawyers’ Mediation (CNMA) of the National Council of Bars (CNB).
Bruno Grégoire Sainte-Marie is also a representative of Cabinet FÉRAL and a corresponding member of CMAP.
