Recent experiences

1. Assistance to a company specialized in the provision of products and services to hospitalized persons, their relatives as well as the nursing staff in the compliance of all their websites and platforms: review of the navigation tunnels, drafting of the data protection policy, and more broadly compliance with all the requirements relating to the protection of personal data;

2. Assisting a company specializing in the provision of online language learning services to update their terms of service and data protection policy;

3. Assistance to a hotel reservation group for the redesign of its online sales site and the drafting of its general terms and conditions of service; or for the implementation of an electronic gift card, in particular with regard to the monetary and financial code;

4. Assistance to a company in the m-commerce sector in order to determine the personal data processing carried out, to evaluate the compliance of this processing with the RGPD and to recommend the measures of compliance (CNIL audit) as well as to draft the GTC applicable to the users of the application;

5. Regular assistance to a leading hotel operator in France in the review of contracts relating to hotel referencing and reservation platforms, relating to hotel operational management software, mobile application GTCs and contracts for the marketing of accommodation offers.
