1. Advising a hotel group in the review and negotiation of contracts with various players in the sector for the development of a platform for hotels in order to optimise their referencing and booking campaigns, the distribution of a PMS-type solution, and the marketing to online travel agencies of accommodation offers combined with other tourist services;

Advising and assisting a publisher of online travel booking solutions in the negotiation of several licensing agreements for the use of its solutions (SaaS) within international groups as well as in the negotiation of partnership agreements with publishers of third party solutions integrated into their platform (hotel booking engines, payment platforms or train reservations in Europe);

3. Assistance to a hotel reservation group in the redesign of its online sales site and the drafting of its general terms of service, in particular in the context of the Macron law and the actions taken against the reservation platforms;

4. Advice to a hotel reservation group in the implementation of an electronic gift card, in particular with regard to the monetary and financial code;

5. Assistance to airlines on personal data protection issues (RGPD);

6. Review of the sales tunnel of an online travel agency comparing airline tickets of more than 800 airlines worldwide.
