Competition organisers, professional or amateur players, all are concerned by the new legal framework applicable to e-sport.
Formerly domestic, e-sport has become professional and has given rise to new professions, the practice of which is strictly regulated by law. FÉRAL assists all stakeholders in the organisation of and participation in video game competitions.
FÉRAL’s lawyers assist organisers in the implementation of their project for physical or online tournaments or competitions, in particular in analysing the compliance of their project with the regulations applicable to gambling and in carrying out the mandatory administrative formalities (SCCJ declaration).
FÉRAL also assists in drawing up contracts for players, commentators, sponsorship and image rights authorisations.
