Cybersecurity

Cabinet FÉRAL helps its clients to ensure the security of their information systems, from the design of security policies to the management of cyber crises.

Security breaches and malicious intrusions into information systems are a major risk for companies. At the same time, legal obligations relating to IT security are becoming more stringent.

Cabinet FÉRAL assists its clients in the management of IT risks and advises them on the measures to be implemented upstream: access management, establishment of a Business Continuity Plan and a Data Recovery Plan, determination of security obligations in IT projects and relations with service providers, etc.

In the event of a security incident, the firm’s lawyers assist their clients in all aspects of crisis management, from imperative corrective actions such as limiting the scope of the breach, to filing complaints and litigation, including possible notifications of data breaches to the CNIL, informing the persons concerned, gathering evidence and dealing with issues of service provider liability.
