Arbitration is an alternative method of settling disputes which has many advantages and in which Cabinet FÉRAL can assist you.
The arbitration procedure allows for a jurisdictional but extrajudicial resolution of disputes, guaranteeing speed, confidentiality, cost savings and freedom of choice (of arbitrator(s), applicable law, etc.) that legal action does not offer.
It is under the terms of an arbitration clause inserted in their contract that the parties provide that any dispute arising between them within the framework of its execution will be definitively settled by an arbitration award rendered by an arbitral tribunal composed of one or three arbitrators.
The lawyers at Cabinet FÉRAL can assist you as legal advisors in such arbitration proceedings. Christiane Féral-Schuhl is an arbitrator on the list of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP) and has also been appointed on several occasions as sole arbitrator or member of an arbitral tribunal.
