Morgan advises our clients on issues relating to new technologies, personal data protection and intellectual property law.
She advises clients both on litigation and transactional matters relating to the implementation of technology projects and contracts and assists French and international clients on data protection and compliance issues. Morgan also assists clients in protection of intellectual property rights and e-commerce.
Experience
Morgan was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2022. In 2019, she obtained a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris Cité (formerly Paris V Descartes).
Since 2017, Morgan has been enhancing her professional experience in IP/IT with several internships in leading French Digital companies, including major French IT services companies. She has joined Luzi Avocats as an associate after completing her final internship with the firm.
