Mitsuki Hirota’s practice focuses on intellectual property and unfair competition law, both in advice and litigation.

Training
Mitsuki Hirota was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
Gratuated with a bachelor’s degree in law from Keio University (慶應義塾大学) in Tokyo, Mitsuki Hirota pursued her studies in Paris from 2015 at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has a Master degree of European Union Economic Law and an LLM degree in French and European Law from this university.
She had previously carried out several internships with our Firm, the last of which was with Toranomon Chuo Law Firm (虎門中央法律事務所), our partner in Tokyo.
As part of her training at EFB, she also followed an internship in a law firm in France in the areas of restrictive competition practices, distribution, and commercial agents. Mitsuki has completed her academic career with an internship at the “Commercial Contracts” chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
