Cabinet FÉRAL assists you in implementing your Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPI).
A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) must be carried out when the processing of personal data is likely to generate a high risk for the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.
To this end, Cabinet FÉRAL assists you in identifying the processing operations likely to generate a high risk. This includes, for example, profiling, mass collection, collection of sensitive data, surveillance or automated decision-making that has significant effects on the data subject.
In its usual practice, Cabinet FÉRAL assists its clients in the preparation of DPIAs in often complex technical environments, in order to identify together the appropriate measures to mitigate the risks to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.
