On September 28th, 2015, Claude Bartolone, President of the French National Assembly, and Laura Boldrini, President of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, signed a joint declaration, which is the fruit of the work accomplished by the French Commission of reflection and propositions on law and personal freedoms at the digital era, chaired by Christiane Féral-Schuhl and Christian Paul, and the Italian Commission of studies on rights and duties on the Internet.
