Expertise
Justine has developed a particular expertise in data protection. She assists the firm’s clients in their compliance with the applicable regulations (RGPD-GDPR, Loi Informatique et Libertés): conducting audits, compliance assessments, assistance in compliance, assistance in answering any question related to the processing of personal data (information notices, collection of consent, retention periods, data protection policy, impact analysis, review of DPA, processing of health data…). Justine also assists companies in the event of a CNIL inspection or a formal notice or sanction procedure.
Justine often intervenes to advise client companies, but also IT service providers in the implementation of projects (implementation of online platforms, e-commerce sites and mobile applications, software integration project, outsourcing, SaaS, software license audit, cloud hosting). She advises our clients from the start of their projects (risk analysis and contractual solutions), but also in the drafting of contracts and negotiations.
Justine assists and defends our clients’ interests in litigation (contractual liability, intellectual property, cybercrime) often involving a judicial expertise phase. She also advises our clients in their domain name disputes.
Finally, every month, Justine Sinibaldi and Clémence Pancracio lead the regular “Juridically Yours” meetings organized by CRIP on current legal issues, particularly in relation to data protection.
Training
Justine holds a Master II degree (DEA) in contract law (University of Paris IX), as well as two Master I degrees in private law with a major in business law and a major in judicial careers.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, Justine began her career as an associate in the ITC team of the SALANS law firm in Paris, which became FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE in 2006.
