Aurélie Djiha practises in new technologies law, data protection and intellectual property.
She advises French and international clients on the structuring and safeguarding of digital projects, both in advisory and contentious matters, covering contractual aspects as well as compliance.
She also assists clients in the event of a security incident and in their dealings with the competent authorities, in particular the CNIL.
Experience
Aurélie Djiha holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law (DJCE) and a Magistère in Franco-British Business Law from the University of Rennes 1.
She also holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) and a specialisation certificate in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University of Montpellier.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience in French and international law firms and companies on matters relating to digital law, data protection, artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
Aurélie Djiha joined FÉRAL as an associate in 2026.
