Expertise
Agathe Moulins’ practice focuses on new technologies, personal data protection law, intellectual property, in both legal advice and litigation.
Agathe assists our clients in negotiating IT services agreements and providing a legal framework for their technology projects. She has been appointed data protection officer (DPO) of a French tech company specialized in data management and regularly assists our clients in complying with data protection regulation. Agathe also works alongside the Partners of the Firm in intellectual property and commercial litigation.
Training
Agathe is a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in intellectual property and IT law (“Droit des creations numériques”) from university Panthéon-Sorbonne.
During her studies, Agathe has carried out several internships and exchange programs in Asia, mostly in China (Shanghai) and Cambodia (Phnom-Penh). Agathe has also worked in literary publishing sector. Before joining our firm, Agathe has worked as an associate at Luzi Avocats, where she has acquired strong skills in IT contracts negotiation and personal data protection.
