In 2013, the FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE law firm obtained the CNIL “Personal Data Processing Audit” label by virtue of a resolution of the French Data Protection and Liberties Commission (CNIL). This Label distinguishes the quality of the services supplied by the law firm FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE regarding audit of personal data processings. “For the users, it is a reliable indicator in the certified products or the procedures” (www.cnil.fr).
By deliberation on March 24th, 2016, the CNIL renewed the Label of the law firm FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE.
Our certified Procedure of Audit CNIL (NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES) allows to verify if the personal data processings operated by companies are in accordance with the regulations in force (law of January 6th, 1978 “Computing and Liberties”; directive of October 24th, 1995).
Within the framework of this procedure, we supply the recommendations necessary for the legal conformity of treatments and assist companies in the steps to be carried out with the CNIL.
