Hortense also intervenes in the field of intellectual property by accompanying companies in the valuation and defense of their intangible assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hortense Pin–Plaud is a graduate of the Master in Economic Law of the Sciences Po Law School, where she specialized in intellectual property and innovation law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her academic training, she pursued studies in Japan at Kyoto University (\u4eac\u90fd\u5927\u5b66) and at Keio University Law School (\u6176\u61c9\u7fa9\u587e\u5927\u5b66\u5927\u5b66\u9662) in Tokyo, where she notably studied under Professor Toshiko Takenaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her professional background includes several internships in law firms, during which she worked on intellectual property matters and on projects related to digital and technology law. She also developed expertise in personal data protection through her work at the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025 and joined F\u00c9RAL, following the completion of her final traineeship within the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
