She has been appointed data protection officer (DPO) of a French tech company specialized in data management and regularly assists our clients in complying with data protection regulation.&nbsp;Agathe also works alongside the Partners of the Firm in intellectual property and commercial litigation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agathe is a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She graduated with a Master\u2019s degree in intellectual property and IT law&nbsp;<em>(\u201cDroit des creations num\u00e9riques\u201d<\/em>) from university Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>During her studies, Agathe has carried out several internships and exchange programs in Asia, mostly in China (Shanghai) and Cambodia (Phnom-Penh).
