{"id":18944,"date":"2022-01-14T15:05:44","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T14:05:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/feral.law\/?post_type=equipe&#038;p=18944"},"modified":"2024-03-11T15:28:40","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T14:28:40","slug":"mitsuki-hirota","status":"publish","type":"equipe","link":"https:\/\/feral.law\/en\/team\/mitsuki-hirota\/","title":{"rendered":"Mitsuki Hirota"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"expertise\">Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitsuki Hirota&#8217;s practice focuses on intellectual property and unfair competition law, both in advice and litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitsuki, a Japanese national, operates our JAPAN DESK in Paris, under the direction of our partner Richard Willemant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"formation\">Training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitsuki Hirota was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gratuated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in law from Keio University (\u6176\u61c9\u7fa9\u587e\u5927\u5b66) in Tokyo, Mitsuki Hirota pursued her studies in Paris from 2015 at the University of Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne. She has a Master degree of European Union Economic Law and an LLM degree in French and European Law from this university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She had previously carried out several internships with our Firm, the last of which was with Toranomon Chuo Law Firm (\u864e\u9580\u4e2d\u592e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240), our partner in Tokyo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of her training at EFB, she also followed an internship in a law firm in France in the areas of restrictive competition practices, distribution, and commercial agents.
